International shipping is charged at a flat rate of £8.50. Items are shipped by Royal Mail Worldwide Signed for service. Returns
We offer a fourteen day money back guarantee if for any reason you are unhappy with your item.( unfortunately this excludes earrings due to hygiene regulations. ) Buyers must notify us via eBay email within seven days of receipt . Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage will be at the buyers expense. The original item purchase price will be refunded within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
